Shipping

Every order is lovingly prepared and shipped from my studio in Nelson, New Zealand. Orders are packed and sent Monday to Friday during standard business hours (excluding weekends and public holidays).

Your inkless print kit is usually on its way within 1–2 working days of placing your order, so you can begin capturing those precious little prints as soon as possible.

Once I receive your completed prints, I’ll carefully create your personalised keepsake. Most orders are ready within 10 working days, although this may take a little longer during busy periods.

Delivery times vary depending on your location, and while I do my best to get your order to you as quickly as possible, shipping may occasionally take a little longer during peak or holiday seasons.

New Zealand

~ Local pickup: Free pickup from Nelson is also available

~ Once your order has been carefully created and dispatched, it will usually arrive within 2–4 business days. Please note that delivery times are estimates and may be a little longer during busy or holiday periods.

 

Australia

Have a question about shipping to your country? I’d love to help. As my artwork contains real pressed flowers and foliage, some countries have import restrictions on plant materials. Before ordering, feel free to get in touch with your country, and I’ll happily check the current requirements and let you know what options are available.

Order Information

Please take a moment to carefully check all of your order details before completing your purchase, including your name, email address, delivery address, selected products, and any discount codes.

As each order is personalised and begins production shortly after it is received, I’m unfortunately unable to make changes once your order has been placed. This includes changes to personal details, shipping information, products ordered, cancellations, or discount codes.

Please note that I cannot be held responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address if the details provided at checkout are inaccurate.

If you place multiple orders, I may combine them into one shipment where possible to reduce packaging waste. While this helps minimise our environmental impact, any shipping charges paid on separate orders are non-refundable.

International deliveries

For orders shipped outside of New Zealand, your country may charge import duties, taxes, or customs fees when your parcel arrives. These charges are set by your local customs authority and are the responsibility of the buyer.

As customs regulations vary from country to country, I recommend checking with your local customs office before placing your order if you’re unsure whether any additional charges may apply.

Please note that I am unable to offer refunds for orders that are refused or returned due to unpaid customs or import charges.

All international orders include tracking for peace of mind. Before completing your purchase, please double-check that your shipping address is correct, as I cannot be responsible for parcels that cannot be delivered due to incorrect address details.
