Thank you for supporting Nelson Flower Press. Below you’ll find important information about my policies. Please take a moment to read these carefully before placing your order. By purchasing through my website, you agree to the terms and conditions outlined below.
returns & exchanges
Every piece is handcrafted and made to order using real pressed flowers and your chosen design. Because each artwork is created especially for you, I am unable to accept returns or exchanges on personalised or custom-made orders.
If your order arrives damaged, or you believe there is an error with your artwork, please contact me within 7 days of delivery. I’ll work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. To help me assess the problem, I may ask you to provide photographs of the item.

Please take a moment to carefully review your order before completing your purchase, including your name, email address, delivery address, selected products, and any discount codes.
As each order begins production shortly after it is received, I am often unable to make changes once processing has started. This includes changes to products ordered, personal or delivery details, shipping options, discount codes, or order cancellations.
While I will always do my best to accommodate requested changes, I cannot guarantee they can be made once your order has entered production.
I cannot accept responsibility for orders where incorrect information has been provided at checkout.
